<p><br><strong>Your future role</strong></p><br> <p>Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in quality assurance and rolling stock activities in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and solution-driven team, committed to excellence and innovation.</p><br>
<p>You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our rolling stock retrofit activities and making a tangible impact on the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Rolling Stock Retrofit Team, Logistics Team, Construction Team, and Procurement Team), perform inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards, and much more.</p><br>
<p>You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the Quality System in line with the Alstom Quality Plan and contractual requirements, but also support the Quality Manager in monitoring quality targets and resolving quality issues.</p><br> <p>We’ll look to you for:</p><br>

<p>You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and availability of On-Board Units (OBUs) installed in EMD freight locomotives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the central team, Charleroi center, and VBN), perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and provide technical support to customers. You’ll also assess and enhance customer employees’ competencies, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to maintain OBUs effectively.</p><br>
<p>You’ll specifically take care of maintaining test tools and ensuring their calibration, but also optimizing repair flows and supporting test runs when required.</p><br>

<li>Allocate Requirements: Perform transverse requirement allocations in collaboration with specialists; develop requirements from standards, certifications, safety, and customer specifications.</li>
