<p>A major brand specializing in car care products, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Gulf states.</p><p>We are seeking to attract an exceptional sales leader with a dynamic personality, strategic vision, and a sales-driven mindset.</p><p>To fill the position of Sales Manager to drive the sales engine.</p><p>Objective of the Appointment</p><p>To lead the sales team across the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, directing the sales team while building solid relationships with key clients and strategic partners.</p><p>Tasks and Duties Assigned</p><p>Developing and framing long-term and short-term sales plans in line with the company's vision and aspirations.</p><p>Leading the sales team and monitoring their performance indicators (KPIs).</p><p>The ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as market analysis for senior sales management, and setting plans and targets with precision.</p><p>The ability to lead negotiations and conclude major contracts and agreements with key clients.</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>At least seven years of experience in sales management and leading personnel.</p><p>Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree.</p><p>Communication: Charismatic communication skills are a fundamental requirement, along with negotiation abilities in closing deals.</p>
