We are looking for a Development Manager with technical and marketing experience in the field of decor and wooden furniture.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Research and attract new projects (government and private) and monitor tenders.</li><li>Prepare technical and financial proposals professionally.</li><li>Study projects and calculate costs accurately in collaboration with the production team and suppliers.</li><li>Present proposals to clients and follow up on contracting procedures until contract signing.</li><li>Deliver project details to the production manager and follow up on implementation until final delivery.</li><li>Build strong relationships with consulting offices, designers, contractors, and hotels.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports on opportunities and new projects.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Experience of no less than 5 years in the field of wooden decor or interior furniture.</li><li>Strong knowledge of types of wood, finishes, manufacturing methods, and production costs.</li><li>Ability to prepare pricing proposals and analyze competitors.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (for dealing with drawings) is an added advantage.</li><li>Preference for those with strong relationships in the contracting and interior decor market within Saudi Arabia.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
