<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>Work Flexibility: Field-based</p><br><br><br><p><u><b>What you will do:</b></u></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Independently managing routine clinical tasks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliances.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Proactively identifies client's needs.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Escalates complex cases to Stryker’s senior team members.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment</p><br><br></li><li><p>Conducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required</p><br><br></li><li><p>Providing theatre and wider HCP staff within depth training on Stryker products</p><br><br></li><li><p>Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to offer customers the best possible solution at all times</p><br><br></li><li><p>Implementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business</p><br><br></li><li><p>Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products.&nbsp; This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p><b><u>What you need</u></b></p><br><br><p>Required:</p><br><br><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.</p><br><br></li><li><p>A first experience in the field as clinical support/ application specialist, nurse or biomedical engineer.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Experience in clinical, theatre work environment</p><br><br></li><li><p>Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Valid KSA driving license.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><p>Preferred:</p><br><br><ul><li><p>Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.</p><br><br></li></ul><br><br><br>Travel Percentage: 50%<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5"> Preferred candidate </h2> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small bg-mute"> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Years_of_experience"> <b>Years of experience</b> </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Years_of_experience"> No experience required </div> </div> <div class="row is-m v-align-top t-small "> <div class="col is-3 p5" data-automation-id="label_Degree"> <b>Degree</b> </div> <div class="col is-9 p5" data-automation-id="data_Degree"> Bachelor's degree / higher diploma </div> </div>
