The role partners with Business Leaders and cross functional teams (Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations) to enable new country openings, strengthen HR capabilities in existing markets, and ensure all people related processes and infrastructure are in place for a compliant and successful launch.<br><br><strong>How you will make an impact:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Regional Growth & Expansion Support:</li><li>Support HR workstreams for new‑country openings, including entity set‑up, compensation/benefits benchmarking, contract frameworks, and compliance readiness.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to translate expansion plans into workforce, HR ops, and capability requirements.</li><li>Ensure all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations) are scalable and compliant across Middle Eastern markets.</li><li> Strategic HR Operations & Compliance:</li><li>Ensure consistent and compliant execution of the HR lifecycle across the region. Maintain strong governance across employee documentation, visa/work permit processes, HR data management, and labor‑law requirements.</li><li> Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to plan and execute recruitment aligned with regional growth and capability needs.</li><li> Capability Building & Learning Programs: </li><li>Identify future capability needs by partnering with business and HR leadership.</li><li> Vendor & Third‑Party Management: </li><li>Partner with payroll providers, visa partners, insurance brokers, relocation firms, and other external vendors to ensure high‑quality service delivery. <p>As a part of the Field Clinical Specialist team, you'll play a crucial role in partnering with clinical professionals to deliver our patient-focused therapies including proctoring, training, and education. Your knowledge of working within the hospital ecosystem, combined with our in-depth training program, will help develop you into an Edwards subject matter expert. The time is now to join a team focused on transforming treatment for the many patients in need. How you will make an impact:</p><p>Develops clinical education materials in connection with clinical investigations. Provides expertise and clinical insights on the device, procedure and protocol throughout the life cycle of the clinical investigation. Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staff, as well as EW personnel and as outlined within EW SOPs Provide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants. Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome. Develop and continuously improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, EW guidelines and SOP. Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters related to investigational products and procedures through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs. Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with the Sales and Sales Management. Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers Learns the product(s), physiology, anatomy, applications and language of the market and Edwards Lifesciences. Fully monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, as well as, competitive activity with the NSM and the appropriate Sales Specialist.
