JOB PURPOSEFormulate and implement all HSE related policies, procedures, systems for DP World Jeddah. Monitor health, safety & environment, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards within DP World Jeddah KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead and oversee the implementation of safety and discipline measures across all operational areas under responsibility. Ensure proactive identification and mitigation of risks associated with container terminal operations through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise and guide supervisors and safety personnel to ensure full compliance with Port Authority regulations and DP World HSE standards. Review, endorse, and monitor the effectiveness of induction and training programs to ensure consistent competency and awareness among all staff, contractors, and visitors. Plan and oversee periodic refresher training and safety awareness campaigns to sustain a strong safety culture across all shifts. Manage the execution of emergency response drills, ensuring alignment with company requirements and readiness across teams. Ensure that all GHSE mandatory activities and inspections (including vessel inspections and assessment programs) are conducted effectively and documented properly. Take the lead in critical incident response and provide direction to on-site teams to ensure immediate containment and effective communication. JOB PURPOSE:• Provide day-to-day application support for business and operational systems used by DPW Jeddah.• Log, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve user issues in line with agreed priorities and service levels.• Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams and vendors to ensure stable application availability, timely incident resolution and continuous improvement.<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide first and second level support for business applications, portals, integrations and related operational systems. Attend user complaints and service requests through the approved support channels and ticketing process. Troubleshoot application issues by reviewing user inputs, system behavior, logs, reports, transactions and integration status. Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, database administrators and vendors for issue resolution and root cause analysis. Support application access management by coordinating user creation, role changes and access review as per approved procedure. Train and guide users on correct application usage and support process when required. Identify recurring issues and recommend process, system or control improvements to reduce incidents and manual workarounds. JOB PURPOSEThe Senior Supervisor – Infrastructure Management is responsible for supervising day-to-day facility, maintenance activities and supporting the execution of infrastructure projects within the terminal. The role ensures operational continuity of assets, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery of maintenance and project tasks. The Senior Supervisor acts as the link between the operations team and the Manager – Infrastructure Management, ensuring smooth coordination, vendor oversight, and adherence to established procedures.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES· Supervise daily maintenance and repair of terminal yard, quay side, examination areas, coldinspection facilities, and associated assets.· Implement ISO 41001-compliant asset management systems for terminal structures (berths, yards, buildings)· Lead resilience planning for coastal infrastructure· Monitor the performance of maintenance activities and escalate major issues to the Manager.· Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.· Assist in the supervision and coordination of infrastructure projects, including renovations, upgrades, and small-scale constructions.· Ensure contractors and vendors follow project timelines, quality requirements, and safety standards.· Provide progress updates and flag potential risks or delays to the Manager.· Support in monitoring service providers’ performance (PM services, IFM contracts, temporary resources, etc.). · Verify vendor work quality, raise issues, and report gaps to the Manager. · Coordinate with vendors for day-to-day requirements within approved contracts. · Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in line with HSE standards and international marine safety requirements. · Monitor compliance with terminal regulations, escalating any non-compliance to the Manager. · Allocate and monitor resources for maintenance and project tasks in alignment with operational plans. · Support in coordinating with planning and business intelligence teams to track resources. · Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and manpower for task execution. · Implement and support emergency response procedures for facility-related incidents. · Ensure readiness of resources and escalate critical issues to the Manager. · Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, vendor performance, and project progress. · Develop LEAN workflows reducing equipment downtime<br>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering), Facilities Management, or related field.· 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/facility maintenance.· Saudi Council of Engineers registration· Knowledge of project execution, maintenance systems, and HSE regulations.· Excellent communication and reporting abilities.· Commitment to safety and compliance.· Technical knowledge of infrastructure systems and maintenance practices.· Preferred: PMP/CMMP/CFM certification
