<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>The Design Manager - MEP is responsible for leading and managing the MEP design function across complex building, infrastructure, and industrial projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and successful project delivery. The role oversees multidisciplinary design teams, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures all MEP systems are designed to meet project requirements, budgets, schedules, and applicable standards. <span></span><p>.</p><br>Job Purpose <br><p><span>We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Foreman to lead maintenance operations on an active construction site, with responsibility for generators, pumps, and heavy equipment. This is a field-based role: you will work closely with your crew to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime across the site.</span></p><br><br><br>Key Accountability Areas <br><p><span>You will oversee the generator fleet — including FG Wilson, Caterpillar, and similar brands — servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate fuel logs across generators, tower lights, and site vehicles. You will manage maintenance and breakdown support for heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and JCBs, as well as road sweepers (Scarab or similar) and Air compressors, coordinating with operators and suppliers as required. The role also involves basic electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting. You will supervise day and night shift maintenance crews, assign daily priorities, and ensure work is completed to a consistent standard, including maintaining maintenance logbooks, tracking meter hours, and managing spare parts inventory. All repair work must be carried out in accordance with site safety procedures, including permit-to-work and lockout/tagout protocols, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on equipment-related matters.</span></p><br><br><br>Role Accountability <br><ul>

Summary<p><span><span>Assists in providing medical care in the field of speciality and supervises interns and residents, in accordance with current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the hospital’s policies and procedures. </span></span></p><br><br>Essential Responsibilities and Duties<br><p><span>Clinical Responsibilities</span></p><br><br><p>1. <span><span>Assists the Consultants in providing required patient care and management in the field of speciality, in accordance with standards of medical care laid down by KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.)</span>.<br></span></p><br><br><p>2. <span><span>Studies and performs assessment, examination and the compilation of a case history and assists in the diagnosis and management of the patient in accordance with criteria listed in diagnostic manuals</span>.</span></p><br><br><p><span>3. <span>Registers detailed medical history, conducts a thorough physical examination and creates a plan for patient management and follows-up for discussion with the Consultant. Subsequently, records the consultant’s orders, progress notes and other required documents for outpatients</span></span><span>.</span></p><br><br><p><span>4. </span><span><span>Provides on-call coverage for their specialty on a rotational basis during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays</span>.</span></p><br><br><p><span>5. </span><span><span>Prepares for and participates in consultant and specialist ward rounds as per policy. We are scaling fast toward market leadership in one of the most competitive quick commerce markets globally.<br>The Role<br>You will own the end-to-end performance of one or more product categories across Anow SA — from selection and vendor relationships through to availability, pricing, and commercial outcomes. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of retail, operations, and customer experience.<br>What You'll Do<br>Own category P&L: GMS, margin, selection breadth, and availability metrics for your categories<br>Drive selection expansion — identify entitlement gaps, onboard new brands and vendors, and prioritize the assortment that wins in the 15-min shopping occasion<br>Manage vendor relationships: negotiate terms, hold partners accountable on service levels and fill rates, and resolve supply constraints that drive SWOOS<br>Partner with Operations, Inbound, and Replenishment teams to translate demand signals into in-stock execution<br>Conduct competitive analysis (Ninja, Keeta, Noon, Hungerstation) to identify share-of-shelf gaps and category white space<br>Lead commercial moments — Back to School, National Day, Ramadan — with the right selection, inventory depth, and promotional plans<br>Work cross-functionally with Core Retail, RVR, and OHL to unlock listings and resolve systemic blockers<br>What We're Looking For<br>8+ years in category management, buying, or retail merchandising; e-commerce or FMCG experience strongly preferred<br>Track record of driving selection growth and improving availability metrics at scale<br>Strong vendor negotiation skills and comfort with data-driven decision making<br>Ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a startup-like environment within a large company<br>Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus<br>Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets preferred<br>Why This Role<br>Anow SA is in an inflection year.
