<span><br>JOB SUMMARY<br>Manages the daily functions of the department to ensure protection of property assets, employees, guests and property. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Trains staff in established emergency procedures and implements accident and fire prevention procedures. In this role, you will support the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and assets. You will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security personnel, and implementing comprehensive security protocols across our luxury resort property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest security standards in the hospitality industry.</p><p>Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations and international hospitality standards</p><p>Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and conduct regular briefings on security procedures and incident response</p><p>Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality and coverage across the property</p><p>Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions</p><p>Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and decisiveness, documenting all incidents and preparing detailed reports</p><p>Patrol the resort property regularly to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential security risks</p><p>Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed</p><p>Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and personnel records</p><p>Assist in organizing security training programs and drills for staff and guests</p><p>Analyze security data and trends to optimize security operations and resource allocation</p><p>Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian security regulations and company policies</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of security management experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry</li><li>Proven experience in supervising and leading security teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze security threats and develop effective response strategies</li><li>Excellent incident response and crisis management skills</li><li>Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian security regulations and compliance requirements</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff</li><li>Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure</li><li>Physical fitness and ability to perform regular property patrols</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred</li><li>Knowledge of international security standards and best practices</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li><li>Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.</li><li>experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.</li><li>Experience in pre-Opening is a must.</li><li>A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li><li>Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.</li></ul>
