The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective restaurant clients, present Al-Menu Co.’s SMART OPERATIONS solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, following up with leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role also involves collaborating with Operations Managers to align sales offerings with client needs, supporting training and onboarding for new clients, and regularly reporting on sales performance and market trends.<br>Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets. Candidates should possess Training skills to support client onboarding and help restaurant teams adopt new systems and processes. Experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry is highly beneficial. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology, operations, or service solutions. Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Job Summary:Responsible to achieve the yearly sales target through building and maintaining connections with current & potential customers for all catering sectors by working closely with the Catering Team, while supporting the development of the Catering Department and enhancing team productivity.<br>Key Accountabilities:Ensure the monthly sales target are fixed and communicated to the Catering Team in order to achieve the yearly budget. Attend visits to customers and event management companies to promote HVC. Development of Menu items in coordination with the Head Chef and Director of Operations. Reviewing and comparing the Menu prices to the food cost. Following up on long term contracts with customers in coordination with Catering Supervisor and Director of Operations. Approving the quotation/contracts and prior to sharing it to the client for his / her approval and follows up accordingly. Conducts tasting for customers when needed. Review periodically the competitors’ activities & implementing actions accordingly. Guiding the Catering Supervisor on Creating & Implementing new ideas to the business related to displays, presentations & related best practices Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude:Educational Qualifications and Certifications: University degree in Hospitality management or related field Knowledge: Excellent Knowledge in Catering and Quality control Leadership and Development of Team Technical Skills: Computer and MS Office Proficiency, Culinary Skills Language Skills: Arabic is desirable. English is essential Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the catering industry
