<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Own the buyer-side sales strategy by identifying, targeting, and acquiring contractors, developers, and project owners as active buyers on the platform.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Build and manage a qualified pipeline of construction projects and procurement decision-makers, including procurement managers, project engineers, site managers, and purchasing officers.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, product demo, quotation, negotiation, and closing both first and repeat orders.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Develop and refine the sales playbook, including targeting, messaging, objection handling, and pricing conversations, to establish effective practices for the team.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Diagnose each buyer's real blockers (*, credit and payment terms, delivery reliability, pricing, existing supplier relationships) and work cross-functionally to remove them.</li>
