We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead and manage our Wood and WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Factory Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage all operations within the wood and WPC manufacturing facility.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Monitor the use of resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimal waste.
2. Production Planning:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
3. Quality Control:
- Enforce strict quality standards across all production processes.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled production team.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture within the factory.
5. Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the factory complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe work environment.
6. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Monitor KPIs to assess and improve operational performance.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare and present production, financial, and performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in factory management, with a focus on wood or WPC manufacturing.
