As a Guest Experience Agent you will need to:<br>Guest Experience Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner throughout their stay. Act as a key point of contact for guests, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns. Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, personalized service to enhance their overall experience. Assist with pre-arrival arrangements and ensure guest preferences, special occasions, and requests are properly recorded and communicated. Provide personalized assistance to VIP, high-profile, and repeat guests in line with established service standards. Assist guests with information about the resort, facilities, restaurants, activities, services, and surrounding attractions. Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the Guest Experience Manager or relevant department when necessary. Follow up on guest requests and concerns to ensure they are resolved effectively and to the guest’s satisfaction. Monitor guest feedback and communicate relevant comments or concerns to the Guest Experience Manager. Ensure every guest interaction reflects the values and service standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality.<br>Guest Arrival & Departure Assist with guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and personalized experience. Support the Front Office team during check-in and check-out processes when required. Ensure guest requests and preferences are communicated to the appropriate departments before and during the guest’s stay. Assist with special arrangements for VIP guests, celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other occasions. Ensure guests receive accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, activities, and operating hours.<br>Guest Engagement & Loyalty Build positive and professional relationships with guests to encourage satisfaction and loyalty. Recognize returning and VIP guests and provide personalized service based on available guest preferences and history. Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations through thoughtful service and personalized touches. Promote relevant resort services, experiences, activities, and facilities to enhance the guest experience. Support guest recognition and loyalty initiatives as directed by management.<br>Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure the timely delivery of requested services. Communicate guest preferences, requests, and special requirements clearly and accurately to relevant departments. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Recreation, and other operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain effective communication with colleagues across shifts to ensure continuity of guest service. Escalate operational issues or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Support colleagues and other departments whenever required to maintain smooth hotel operations.<br>Operational Excellence Maintain accurate records of guest requests, preferences, feedback, and service recovery actions. Ensure all guest requests are properly logged, followed up, and closed within the required timeframe. Follow established Front Office and Guest Experience procedures, standards, and service guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and handle personal details with discretion and professionalism. Ensure all guest interactions are conducted in accordance with the property’s service standards and brand values. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Guest Experience area. Support the Guest Experience Manager and Front Office team in maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Participate in daily briefings and remain informed about VIP arrivals, special occasions, guest preferences, and operational updates. We are building the world’s largest plant to produce green ammonia at scale, providing humankind with a cost-efficient solution that will accelerate the worldwide green hydrogen economy. REPORTS TO: NH3 Plant Manager. LIAISE/COOPERATE WITH: Plant operation staff, maintenance Technicians, Technical Support Teams and contractors.<br>POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for the day-to-day operation of the NH3 Unit, which includes the operation and control: of the NH3 production, storage tanks and the loading process. The incumbent shall operate in accordance with company safety policies and site-specific procedures to ensure reliability, efficiency and productivity goals are met. Based in Neom, the position reports to NH3 Plant Manager.<br>NATURE & SCOPEThe main functions of this position are:<br>SAFETY FIRST, nothing is more important than safety, being fully aligned with all EH&S standards to achieve the goal of zero (0) lost time injuries in the NH3 production unit. Supervise DCS, data acquisition and alarm management systems, responding to normal and abnormal operating conditions of the plant to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and production goals are met. Troubleshoot, respond to operating conditions, respond to customer order rates, and process optimization. Perform daily/monthly routines in accordance with operation and maintenance manuals, procedures, safety policies, and site-specific requirements. Candidates will be required to meet training requirements and successfully pass scheduled validation reviews. Actively participate in NGHC safety programs, promote, and enforce safety rules and good housekeeping methods. Act as a point of contact for daily operational communications with the operators of the other production units, H2, ASU and Utilities plants. Build and maintain a good relationship with all customers and stakeholders to ensure close cooperation. Understand the detailed Emergency Response Plan, accept authority in an emergency to take all steps necessary to protect personnel, and ensure safe operation or plant shut down. It is required to be qualified as a safe work permit issuer and confined space supervisor. Will issue work permits or act as a confined space supervisor when there is a requirement. Will be responsible of overall housekeeping in the control room. Will work rotating shifts. Will be on call during certain periods of time. Assist in updating operating procedures as required. KPIs follow up to ensure operation performance. Strong commitment to team building, integrity, and diversity. Provide shutdown support leading the operation activities. Will develop a relevant role in daily operational communications other production units.<br>PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:Will act as a new operator’s trainer.<br>SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:High school diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Candidate must possess a strong safety focus and background. More than 5 years of experience in production plants DCS operation. Experience in handling PFDs, P&IDs, Single Line Diagrams and Shutdown Matrix. Basic computer proficiency and software knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong knowledge of work permits, confined spaces and LOTO. Must be willing to work 8-hr rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be willing to be on call. Ability to work alone in a control room. Ability to set priorities. Good command of written and spoken English. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working Be enthusiastic and willing to learn. Degree in a technical school is a plus. Plant maintenance experience is a plus.
