Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to lead and oversee regional procurement activities, develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and supervise procurement teams across assigned project sites.<br>Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate procurement activities across assigned regional project sites. Manage and guide procurement staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement regional procurement strategies aligned with project requirements. Ensure timely sourcing and availability of materials, equipment, and services. Conduct market research to identify suppliers, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast procurement requirements. Review and ensure compliance of purchase orders with company policies and agreed terms. Review supplier quotations and ensure accurate supporting documentation. Support tendering activities, including RFQs, bid collection, and evaluation. Prepare procurement status reports for management. Resolve supply chain issues and delivery challenges in a timely manner. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for procurement staff.<br>Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement. Gulf experience is preferred. Fluent in English and Arabic. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
