<h3 >About Red Sea Global and the Role</h3> <p >Red Sea Global (RSG), through its subsidiary Red Sea Sports &amp; Entertainment (RSSE), is responsible for developing and operating land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination. RSSE manages a portfolio of sports, adventure, and leisure offerings, including water sports via Galaxea. This full-time, site-based role for a Dive Center Supervisor is located in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and supports the Dive Center Manager in delivering efficient, safe, and high-quality dive operations and underwater tourism activities. The supervisor acts as the senior instructional authority on-site, combining operational oversight, team supervision, and direct guest engagement within a luxury marine tourism environment, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and environmental sustainability objectives.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Support the Dive Center Manager in day-to-day operations and overall performance.</li> <li >Assist in supervising and coordinating the dive team, including instructors, dive masters, and support staff.</li> <li >Contribute to the development and standardization of dive center operations in a minimum of five (5) specialty instructor ratings.</li> <li >Demonstrated experience working in diverse geographic locations.</li> <li >Strong background in dive center operations, including training, guiding, and retail.</li> <li >Experience in diving health and safety practices and risk management.</li> <li >Knowledge of equipment management and dive center logistics.</li> <li >Valid
