Description<br><br>Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a dependable and operationally experienced Facility Supervisor to join the Shared Services function. Reporting to the Admin & Facility Manager, this role is responsible for supervising all facility operations across the company's main office in Dammam and the industrial site in Ras Al Khair. The Supervisor ensures effective and efficient delivery of facility services, including building maintenance, transportation, catering, and janitorial services, in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Supervise facility operations across both Dammam and Ras Al Khair sites, including building maintenance, office services, and workspace allocation Oversee catering services provided at both the office and industrial locations Coordinate employee transportation services, including shuttle buses between Dammam, Jubail, and Ras Al Khair Supervise janitorial services and enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards across all company premises Manage visitor access, front desk operations, and site security coordination in alignment with EHSS Department protocols Administer company fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and optimal utilisation of all vehicles Develop, implement, and monitor facility management policies and procedures in compliance with relevant industrial zone regulations Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of administrative and facility support staff.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Education & Experience<br><br>High school diploma or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.<br><br>Technical Competencies<br><br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and facility management systems or software.<br><br>Behavioral Competencies<br><br>Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Job Summary Supervise all scaffold erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling activities. Ensure scaffolding is erected and maintained in accordance with GI 8.001, approved scaffold drawings, and project requirements. Ensure scaffolders are trained, competent, and properly supervised. Inspect scaffold materials/components before and during erection to ensure they are suitable and compliant. Conduct and document scaffold inspections before the scaffold is released for use and following any alteration or modification. Ensure proper Red/Yellow/Green scaffold tagging is implemented and maintained as applicable. Be physically present during scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities and exercise effective supervision over scaffold craftsmen. Immediately stop and rectify any unsafe or non-compliant scaffolding activity. Maintain scaffold inspection records, checklists, and tagging records. Coordinate with the HSE and Construction teams regarding scaffolding activities. Maintain effective communication with scaffolders and site management and have good written and verbal English communication skills.<br>Qualification / Skills and Experience Valid Saudi Aramco-approved Scaffold Supervisor certification, preferably Scaffold Supervisor I, as applicable to the project scope. Proven experience in Saudi Aramco construction projects is preferred. Good knowledge of tube-and-coupler, system, frame, mobile, bracket, and other applicable scaffold systems. Good knowledge of scaffold inspection, tagging, fall protection, scaffold drawings, and safe erection/dismantling practices. Ability to read and understand scaffold drawings/plans and applicable safety requirements.

An associate technical degree (2 year certificate) will be considered based on years of experience and competence. Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering, and/or a maintenance function. Demonstrated HYCO knowledge a plus, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with 4 + years in line supervision of process operations roles. Expectation based on level of experience for the operations team to achieve a ‘Level 1 / Board Level’ status within 2 – 4 years. Operators will be evaluated during the training period and placed at the level of competence accordingly. All the operations team are considered field and board operators when Level 1 is achieved. Department: Housekeeping & Laundry Location: Saudi Arabia - Al Khobar<br><br>Description<br><br>The incumbent in this position is responsible for directing and controlling the day-to-day housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. They assist the Assistants Executive Housekeepers and the Executive Housekeepers in the planning of the department.<br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory staff in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service. Check Public Areas / Floors to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurnished as required.. If assigned on Floors, check rooms and particularly those assigned to V. I. P., V. V. I. P and known repeated guests receive special attention to ensure they meet the hotel standards. Coordinate with the other sections of the Housekeeping Department and the other Departments on all relevant matters that affect the physical appearance of the hotel and room status, keep them informed and follow up on outstanding issues. It may be the confirmation of room status to the repair work to be done. When needed, assist the Assistant Executive Housekeepers in the recruitment, management of performance, identification of training need, development of training plan and implementation of training. Conduct monthly training sessions with existing employees in order to meet the identified training needs. Schedule routine inspection by supervisors, of all housekeeping areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms.
