Qualifications:Degree in Food Science, B. S. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from an accredited University<br>Training courses:1. HACCP Levels2. ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 3. BRC4. TQM Employee competencies:1. Thoroughness2. Dealing with Complex Process Improvement3. Analyzing Information4. Strategic Planning5. Verbal Communication, Informing Others Skills:1. Detailed knowledge and track record of successful implementation of QMS, food manufacturing policies and procedures2. Certification and training in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points3. Excellent knowledge of quality programs and the proven ability to write plans4. Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects concurrently5. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills6. Strong Microsoft Office skills Experience and knowledge:· Experience in similar position and food industry of 6 years.<br>Main tasks and responsibilities:· Supervise staff in monitoring all process parameter and conformity of finished products to specifications.· Review all process control checklists and submit reports to the quality manager for review· Specification review according to process updates · Collaborate with other departments regarding any quality-related issues· Implement and create new systems ISO 22000, 9001, and BRC as per management. · Implement and verify HACCP plans, Quality Manual, Recall program, traceability drills, product coding, labeling and tagging system, continuous improvements, 5S, GMP and hygiene compliance · Prepare and review quality-related reports and submit to Quality Manager on a scheduled basis.· Analyze & review customer and consumer complaints, non-conformities, and feedback and conduct the investigation for root cause, CAPA implementation review · Plan QC staff work duty schedule and responsibilities· Prepare purchase requisitions for all quality-related needed resources· Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits· Support & assist the quality manager for all quality-related programs and activities such as:· developing processes, specifications and critical control points in manufacturing for on-going quality assurance of all finished products · ensuring compliance with regulatory & statutory requirements such SFDA, SASO, BALADIA, and customer requirements· working with marketing and research teams with regards to the approval of artworks and designs of packing materials · assist during the training the team for the development of Food Safety, SFDA/SASO/BALADIA, and following their requirements and implementing the standards<br>Key Performance Indicators (KPI):Zero foreign matter issues on all finished products50% Reduction of customer and consumer complaints from previous year100% Product ReleaseZero Product Recall100% Product Traceability 100% Closure of all pest control management-related issues 100% Supplier evaluation
