This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing vessel operations, crew management, and adherence to safety and operational standards. The role is based in the Eastern Region, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Al Qatif, Ras Tannurah, Buqayq, and Al Khafji.</p>

<li >Manage vessel budgets for food provisions and housekeeping purchases.</li>
<li >Maintain positive communication between vessel and office staff, promoting the safety and well-being of seafaring personnel.</li>

<li >Brief Masters, Officers, and crew on their roles, responsibilities, and company expectations before assignments.</li>

<li >Review vessel requisitions to ensure efficient and economical inventory and timely delivery of supplies.</li>
<li >Monitor the performance of the bridge team and complete regular performance appraisals for Captains.</li>

<li >Ensure all ship staff receive appropriate hand-over and familiarization upon joining.</li>
