This project is part of a broader national wave of gigawatt-scale solar procurement and buildout, with fast capacity additions and large power purchase agreements (PPAs) being key factors in its credibility. Key Responsibilities Construction Management Lead all construction activities from mobilization through practical completion and final handover. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement recovery plans where required. Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, hotel brand standards, and local regulations. Support project closeout and transition to operations teams. Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports. Monitor project risks and mitigation plans. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, MRICS, or equivalent are advantageous. Experience Minimum 12–15 years of construction management experience. At least 5 years of experience delivering hospitality projects such as luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, or hotel refurbishments. Previous PMC experience is highly preferred.
