<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">تلقي البريد والمراسلات وإيصالها للمدير/الرئيس في الوقت المناسب.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">إعداد المذكرات الدورية والمراسلات الداخلية المتعلقة بعمل الوحدات التنظيمية.</li>
<li style="margin:0 0 6px;">إجراء المراسلات الاعتيادية مع الجهات الخارجية، وتنسيق توقيعها من المدير/الرئيس، وتوزيعها.</li>
