Women’s First Team Club Doctor<br>Role Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated First Team Club Doctor to provide comprehensive medical leadership and clinical care within a growing professional women’s football programme in Saudi Arabia.<br>The successful candidate will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT), collaborating closely with physiotherapy, rehabilitation, performance, nutrition, psychology and coaching staff to maximise player health, welfare and availability. The role requires an excellent understanding of women’s health and the specific medical demands of elite female football, alongside strong capabilities in emergency medicine, musculoskeletal assessment, diagnostics and clinical decision-making.<br>Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day medical management of Women’s First Team players. Provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of sporting injuries and medical conditions. Provide medical coverage and clinical leadership across training, matches and competition. Lead and coordinate emergency medical care, including implementation and regular review of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
