Organizing the warehouse to deliver parts to line at exact moment and in the specific sequence required. Categorizing inventory (A: High value, B: Medium, C: Low) to apply differentiated control strategies and cycle counting frequencies.<br>Demand Forecasting. Predicting future requirements to enable proactive capacity planning and long-term procurement.<br>Obsolete Material Disposal Managing "Dead Stock" resulting from Engineering Changes (EO) or model year transitions. Evaluating if obsolete parts can be repurposed for Service Parts, training units, or other vehicle models. Establishing a transparent process for physical disposal and financial accounting of unusable inventory.<br>Safety Management. Ensuring a zero-accident environment within the warehouse and logistics operations. Enforcing strict protocols for forklift operations, pedestrian walkways, and Heavy-Duty rack inspections.
