The holder of this role will be responsible for supervising the implementation of occupational safety and health standards to ensure a safe workplace in compliance with regulations, within a specialized team.</p> <h3 >Key Tasks and Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Conduct regular and emergency inspections at work sites to ensure adherence to occupational safety and health standards, recording results and comparing them with approved standards.</li> <li >Prepare and use environmental factor measurement devices such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration, document results, and follow up on risk mitigation with relevant authorities.</li> <li >Prepare tools for investigating accidents and occupational injuries, conduct the investigation, and document results to determine causes and corrective actions.</li> <li >Develop and prepare occupational safety and health instructions and procedures, including safe work instructions and evacuation procedures, and raise awareness among workers.</li> <li >Prepare and present periodic reports on occupational safety and health performance, documenting and retaining them systematically.</li> </ul> <h3 >Scope of Supervision and Investigation</h3> <p >The scope of the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor includes monitoring the application of laws, regulatory provisions, and safety and health instructions in facilities. The role also includes measuring environmental factors, investigating accidents and injuries, and preparing safety and health instructions, procedures, and safety posters, in addition to preparing and presenting periodic work reports.</p> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >Practical experience ranging from <strong >two to five years</strong> in the field of occupational health and safety.</li> <li >Ability to apply regulatory and organizational rules related to occupational safety.</li> <li >Excellent skills in conducting inspections, investigations, and preparing technical reports.</li> <li >Ability to educate and train workers on safety procedures.</li> </ul> <h3 >Work Environment and Job Type</h3> <p >This is a full-time position based in <strong >Najran</strong>.
