Eram Talent is hiring for a Mechanical Manitenance Engineer - HVAC with core experience in Petrochemical Plants. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining the reliability, availability, and performance of HVAC and Mechanical Refrigeration Units (MRUs) serving critical petrochemical facilities. Leads preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshooting activities, root cause investigations, reliability improvement initiatives, and spare parts optimization to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation. Key Responsibilities· Extensive experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing HVAC, chiller, and industrial refrigeration systems in petrochemical and process plant environments.· Hands-on expertise with Mechanical Refrigeration Units (MRUs), centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers, AHUs, package units, ventilation systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and refrigeration control systems.· Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, and control-related failures to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.· Analyze operating parameters including temperature, pressure, flow, superheat, subcooling, and compressor performance to identify system abnormalities and implement corrective actions.· Perform equipment performance evaluations, condition assessments, and reliability improvements to minimize downtime and optimize energy efficiency.· Proficient in interpreting HVAC/refrigeration schematics, P&IDs, electrical drawings, and OEM technical documentation.· Experienced in Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC control systems, including monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting control logic, analyzing alarms, optimizing system operation, and integrating HVAC assets with centralized monitoring and control platforms.
