<p>Job Overview</p><p>We are looking for an <strong>Elevator Engineer – Electrical and Mechanical</strong> with practical experience in the elevator industry to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of elevators, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and monitor projects from the installation phase to final handover.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Supervise the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of elevators.</li><li>Diagnose electrical and mechanical elevator faults, identify their root causes, and work to resolve them.</li><li>Read and prepare electrical and mechanical elevator drawings using <strong>AutoCAD</strong>.</li><li>Monitor elevator installation work on-site and ensure execution according to approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Supervise elevator projects and monitor them from the installation stage through testing, commissioning, and final delivery.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up with elevator companies, suppliers, contractors, and on-site teams.</li><li>Conduct technical site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of work.</li><li>Prepare technical reports and site reports related to elevator works.</li><li>Inventory needs for materials, spare parts, tools, and technical supplies.</li><li>Monitor the execution of work according to the schedule and quality and safety requirements.</li><li>Provide technical support and appropriate solutions for issues related to elevator systems.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering</strong>.</li><li>Previous practical experience in the <strong>elevator field</strong>, including electrical and mechanical aspects.</li><li>Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of elevators.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and preparing electrical and mechanical elevator drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in using <strong>AutoCAD</strong>.</li><li>Experience in supervising elevator installation work and monitoring projects until the handover phase.</li><li><strong>Previous experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a mandatory requirement.</strong></li><li>Ability to interact and coordinate with elevator companies, suppliers, and contractors.</li><li>Ability to prepare technical reports and estimate needs and materials.</li><li>Good communication, problem-solving, and on-site work management skills.</li><li><strong>A valid driver's license within the Kingdom is an added advantage.</strong></li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical elevator systems.</li><li>Ability to diagnose faults and provide appropriate technical solutions.</li><li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.</li><li>Good follow-up and site supervision skills.</li><li>Commitment to quality and occupational safety standards.</li></ul><p> </p>
