Project Engineer in Electrical Substation, who looks for long term career with grow<br>Job Title: Project Engineer<br>Locations: Riyadh, Qassim, Jizan, Taif, Tabarjal (Saudi Arabia)<br>Job Summary We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical substation projects. The role is responsible for coordinating technical and administrative activities, monitoring project schedules and deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication across all project stakeholders.<br>Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project planning, coordination, and execution Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and site teams Prepare regular project status reports for management and client review Coordinate submission, tracking, and approval of technical documents Maintain accurate records of spare parts and punch-list items Monitor and follow up on the closure of pending technical and administrative issues Participate in client and contractor meetings, representing project interests as needed Support the resolution of engineering and project-related issues in coordination with technical teams Review project invoices for accuracy and alignment with contractual terms Maintain effective, professional communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments<br>site-based, rotational, or requires relocation across those five cities, since candidates will want that clarity upfront<br>Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Experience: 0–5 years (fresh graduates and early-career engineers welcome to apply) Saudi National only<br>Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Professional, well-presented demeanor suited to client-facing interactions Willingness to work across multiple project site locations

Alternatively, 10 years of experience with a Master’s degree in engineering (Experience E2). Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or Master’s degree as per the alternative above). Role & responsibilities:Responsible for all technical and administrative matters assigned under the employer’s supervisory duties. Provide all required reports under the agreement. Attend regular meetings with representatives of both the employer and the executing contractor. Relevant international experience (MUST include):Experience in supervising water and wastewater projects, specifically involving any of the following (one or more):Water Treatment Plants Wastewater Treatment Plants Sewerage Treatment Plant Desalination Plant Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants Water Purification Plant Project management qualifications:Demonstrated project management experience and skills. Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Team and execution experience:Experience managing work teams. Software proficiency:Proficiency in various engineering software (as required for the role). Recency requirement (MUST):Must have experience in similar projects within the past 5 years. Communication & language (MUST):Strong communication skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in Arabic.
