<p>A medical clinic complex in Khobar city, Eastern Province, announces a job opportunity for: Insurance, Contracts, and Claims Officer.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Documented practical experience in medical insurance companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p><p>Experience in managing and following up on contracts with insurance companies and medical service providers.</p><p>Experience in following up and preparing medical and insurance claims and submitting them and monitoring their status until settlement.</p><p>Good knowledge of the systems and procedures of medical insurance in the Kingdom.</p><p>Experience in dealing with insurance companies, provider networks, and electronic claims platforms.</p><p>The ability to review claims, detect errors or denials, follow up on the reasons for denial, and resubmit claims when needed.</p><p>Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with insurance companies.</p><p>The ability to prepare reports and follow up on entitlements and financial settlements.</p><p>Priority to those with prior experience in medical complexes or hospitals within the Kingdom.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Nature of work:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Full-time or part-time.</p><p>Work location: Khobar city – Eastern Province.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a person with actual experience in medical insurance, contracts, and claims, not just general administrative experience.</p>

<p><p><br />Job Summary:<br />Assist Logistics &amp; Sales Support department to perform the day to day activities. Works with the transporter, clearing agent, Accounts Team, Warehouse Team and other services required for logistic operation. Processes purchase orders cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure all the required documents submitted to accounts and uploaded in shared folder within the stipulated deadline.<br /><br />Job Responsibility:<br />- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations<br />- Ensure timely delivery of Materials.<br />- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to manage supply chain effectively<br />- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation of goods<br />- Update and maintain inventory records<br />- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs<br /><br /></p></p>
