Ensure full compliance with AGH and client HSE standards, policies, and regulations. Organize and conduct HSE training tailored to the nature of on-site tasks. Enforce the implementation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSP (Job Safety Plan), and LPP (Life Protection Plan) during job execution. Update and manage all HSE documentation and records in line with company and client standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify ongoing HSE compliance. Report safety-related issues to site management and immediate supervisors through regular updates. Attend scheduled meetings with clients and management to discuss site safety matters. Stay current on relevant health, safety, and welfare legislation and communicate updates to project teams. Oversee safety inspections, fire drills, risk assessments, and lone working procedures; ensure all staff understand their safety responsibilities. Participate in monthly meetings to provide input on health and safety performance and concerns.<br><br>Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience. NEBOSH IGC is a MUST. Experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects (OHTL) Saudi national.

Solutions-oriented- We are inspired by problems and define them as opportunities to learn and grow as we strive for excellence and dynamism.<br>Responsibilities:• Maintain a safe work environment without any risk to health safety and environment.• Make sure that all the safety standards, rule, and regulations as per AGH and client HSE Requirements.• Conduct or coordinate HSE Training for the site workers as per the nature of job being performed.• Ensure the compliance of HIRA, JSP and LPP at site during the job execution.• Update and maintain all the HSE documents, and records as per AGH and client requirements.• Conduct frequent site inspection to make sure the HSE Compliance at site.• Provide regular HSE reports to the site management and immediate supervisor about site Safety Issues.• Attend the weekly/monthly meetings with client and site management to discuss site safety issues.• Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the projects.• Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed, and employees are aware of their responsibilities.• Participate in monthly meetings when required to report on relevant health & safety matters.<br>Requirements: <br>Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or equivalent)<br>Experience:4-5 years of relevant experience in HSE management within construction projects Experience in Overhead Transmission Line projects (OHTL)<br>Professional Certifications:NEBOSH IGCValid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)<br>Additional Qualifications (Preferred):ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications Previous client approvals in similar projects (e.g., SE, Aramco)
