This role will be responsible for managing credit deals, assessing credit applications, monitoring accounts receivable, and supporting timely collections across the business.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring credit approvals are completed in line with the delegation of authority, agreed service level agreements, and internal credit control processes.</p><br> <p><b>What you will do</b><br></p><br><ul><li>Review and verify supporting documents for credit assessments, ensuring accuracy, validity, and completeness.</li><li>Prepare credit assessment reports and submit them for approval as per the defined process.</li><li>Ensure credit approvals are completed within the agreed SLA and in line with the delegation of authority.</li><li>Update approved credit terms in SAP Customer Credit Master and maintain the credit approval tracker.</li><li>Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, and follow up with Business Finance and Sales teams for resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with FSSC O2C and Business Finance to ensure customer payments are accounted for on time and unallocated credits are resolved.</li><li>Develop accounts receivable reports and analysis, highlighting collection issues and delinquent accounts to management.</li><li>Support periodic credit reviews by coordinating with the Head of Corporate Credit and Business Heads to maintain appropriate credit limits and payment terms.</li><li>Conduct client field visits when required to support collections and relationship management.</li></ul> <p><b>Required skills to be successful</b><br></p><br><ul><li>Strong understanding of credit control, credit assessment, and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, credit control and accounts receivable.</li><li>Ability to prepare reports, track credit approvals, and identify collection risks.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.</li></ul> <p><b>About the team</b></p><br><p>You will be part of the Finance function supporting credit and receivable control for FAMCO KSA. Job Purpose The Procurement Engineer is responsible for managing the technical and commercial procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction and hospitality projects.
