Contributes to meet / maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet and understands to control the operational expenses.</p><p><strong>Operations:</strong> Attends regular training sessions in line with the departmental P&amp;P i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, up-selling, etc. Works as per instructions from the immediate Supervisor and as per duty shifts i.e. basic cleaning work, polishing equipment, table setting, collects materials / goods from other departments, etc. Communicates directly with guests i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments. Ensures proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty. Handles the guest greeting upon arrival and their seating through the hostess. Ensures that under no circumstances the entrance is left unattended. Maintains a professional / friendly, yet discreet relationship with the outlet patrons to ensure their well-being. Makes himself / herself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge). Reports cleanliness and maintenance issues to the immediate Supervisor. Handles guest complaints as per instructions or consults the immediate Supervisor. Does all mise-en place work according to the whole day service requirements. To report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department. To pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department. To participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management. Attends all regular departmental briefings and contributes to an open communication within the assigned team. To treat guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner. To observe high standards of personal hygiene. To maintain clean and organized side stations at all times. To anticipate customers needs. The candidate must possess exceptional arc control and complete mastery of the 6G (fixed 45-degree angle) position to meet demanding non-destructive testing (NDT) standards (X-Ray/Radiographic testing). <br>Key Responsibilities & Duties High-Alloy Specialist Welding: Perform high-quality root-to-cap welding on pipes and components in the 6G position using GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) processes, ensuring zero defects under radiographic inspection. Metallurgical & Heat Control: Strictly manage heat inputs and interpass temperatures (keeping Duplex below 120°C and Super Duplex below 100°C) to maintain correct phase balance between austenite and ferrite, preventing microstructural embrittlement. Purging Management: Set up and maintain rigorous back-purging systems using High-Purity Argon or special gas mixtures to prevent root oxidation ("sugar-ing") during the welding of SS and Duplex systems. Joint Configuration & Assembly: Utilize the keyhole technique, handling wide joint preparations, precise root lands, and specific root gaps (2 to 4 mm) required to accommodate sluggish high-alloy molten puddles. WPS Compliance: Read, interpret, and execute jobs strictly following approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), isometric drawings, and specific material codes (such as ASME Section IX / AWS). Contamination Prevention: Maintain dedicated toolsets (stainless-only grinding disks and wire brushes) to completely avoid carbon steel cross-contamination on critical alloys. <br>Job Requirements & Qualifications<br>Certifications & Education Mandatory: Active or verifiable previous 6G performance qualification record (WPQR) specifically for Stainless Steel, Duplex, or Super Duplex materials. Education: Technical School Certificate, ITI Diploma in Welding Trades, or equivalent vocational training. <br>Experience Minimum 5 to 8 years of heavy industrial pipe welding experience, with at least 3 consecutive years focused directly on Stainless Steel and Duplex alloys in high-pressure oil/gas or refinery environments. <br>Technical Expertise & Skills Flawless execution of GTAW (TIG) for root/hot passes and SMAW (Stick) or GTAW for fill/cap runs on alloy materials. Deep understanding of high-alloy filler wires (e.g., using ER2209 for Duplex and ER2594 for Super Duplex). Competence in working inside tight tie-in locations, pipe racks, and localized environments while holding stable arc lengths. Functional understanding of basic English to comprehend verbal supervisor instructions and read technical project documents.

<p>Responsible for a specified procedural area to perform Clinical Neurophysiology Procedures. Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Works independently and ensures a proper environment for testing in the laboratory, wards, Emergency Room (ER), or Intensive Care Units (ICUs). 2. Obtains medical history of patient and summarizes relevant data. Puts patient at ease and explains procedure. Safely performs auditory, visual or electrical stimulation of the nervous system. Adjusts settings of equipment to ensure proper and accurate test results. Recognizes and eliminates artefacts to produce meaningful diagnostic information. 3. Measures and applies multiple electrodes precisely, carefully, and securely to predetermined anatomic sites. Based on patient s age, diagnosis, current state and medical history, performs Digital Video Electroencephalography (EEG), Visual, Brainstem Auditory and Somatosensory Evoked Potentials, Nerve conduction Studies, Sleep studies, Pulse Oximetry, Autonomic Studies and Long Term Video/Digital Encephalographic monitoring (LTM), in both adult and paediatric patients. 4. Performs urgent diagnostic tests on critically ill patients in ICUs and the ER on mobile equipment or in the laboratory setting in coordination with nursing and respiratory therapy personnel. 5. Monitors patients with surgically implanted intracranial electrodes. 6. Assists physicians with invasive procedures in Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring, Electrocorticography and Electromyography. 7. Monitors patients intraoperatively. Performs complex pre-operative setups with electrodes on multiple anatomic sites. Watches and assesses the quality of the neurophysiologic waveforms. Follows the patient s systemic and anaesthetic state while keeping track of surgical activities. Communicates with and gives feedback to Neurophysiologist as necessary. 8. Observes patient reactions clinically and electrographically during testing. Notes signs of distress, medical emergencies, or seizures. Takes remedial action, notifies nurse and physician, if necessary. 9. Makes preliminary analysis and description of the waveforms or potentials, ensuring that it is meaningful and acceptable. Notes pertinent data for physician review. 10. Ensures safety of patient and safe operation of equipment. Informs supervisor in writing of equipment faults. Maintains work area. Ensures adequate levels of stocks and supplies in procedure areas. 11. Cleans and disinfects clinical equipment. 12. Participates in on-call rota for EEG and LTM services. 13. Works as team leader in procedural areas, on a rotational basis as assigned. 14. Participates in laboratory quality improvement programs. 15.
