Position Summary
Improdata is a data and AI consultancy serving a global client base in data analytics, AI solutions, and staff augmentation. Beyond client work, we build our own products, including Esta Match, an AI powered buyer verification and matching platform for commercial real estate, and Active Mentor, an AI powered physiotherapy platform.
We already have a foothold in Saudi Arabia. We hold an MoU with a Saudi registered company that gives us a direct channel to sourcing work from the Kingdom, and we currently serve two to three active clients in Saudi Arabia. We are now looking to build out our leadership in the region on top of that foundation.
We are not hiring a role. We are opening a seat.
We are looking for a real Co-Founder for Saudi Arabia, someone willing to invest their time and energy into bringing us clients, not just a name on a title. This is someone with deep industry connections in the Kingdom and a proven ability to open doors, close deals, and place resources, ready to join our leadership team and build Improdata's presence in Saudi Arabia alongside the founding team. This is for someone who wants to build something they own, not work a job they are paid for. This role starts on a commission basis. As you bring in clients and prove out the partnership, it converts into an equity based co-founder role, and we register our own entity in Saudi Arabia together. In practice, this means once you bring in one to two clients, we move forward with converting you into a co-founder and registering the entity in Saudi Arabia.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Shape Improdata's growth strategy in Saudi Arabia, building on our existing MoU with a Saudi registered company and our current client base.
Staff Augmentation: Place Improdata's data and AI resources, remote or onsite, with companies and projects across Saudi Arabia.
Business Development: Identify and close new markets, partnerships, and client projects within Saudi Arabia, including bringing your own idea to the table for us to build together.
Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high performing sales presence in the region, owning the sales strategy and driving it to revenue targets.
Market Representation: Represent Improdata and its products at industry events, conferences, and partnership conversations in Saudi Arabia.
What We're Offering
A Path to Equity: This role starts on a commission basis. Once you bring in one to two clients, we convert the arrangement into an equal equity and ownership stake alongside the founding team, and register our own entity in Saudi Arabia, making you a true co-founder, not a hire.
A Warm Market to Build In: You are not starting from zero. We already have an MoU with a Saudi registered company and two to three active clients in Saudi Arabia, giving you credibility and momentum from day one.
A Real Product to Own: Come in with your own idea and we will build it with you, or step into an ownership stake in Esta Match or Active Mentor if either is close to a market you already understand.
What We're Looking For
Established industry connections and credibility within Saudi Arabia, with a track record of driving real growth in tech, AI, real estate, healthcare, or another data driven space.
A genuine founder's mindset. Someone who wants ownership and is willing to invest real time and effort into earning it, starting on a commission basis.
Strong sales, business development, or staffing and recruitment experience, ideally in tech, AI, or a relevant vertical in the Saudi market.
Sharp strategic thinking and the ability to operate through ambiguity and growth. A strong communicator, able to build partnerships and lead teams from scratch.
Apply
If you have the connections and drive to help lead Improdata's growth in Saudi Arabia, this is an invitation to build alongside us, starting on commission and earning your seat as a full co-founder with a registered entity in Saudi Arabia. Reach out to start the conversation.
