Position Overview – Basic Functions & Responsibility<br>Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Middle East Region market, dealer management and customer maintenance, brand maintenance in the Middle East Region market, and achieving sales targets for Hiroad Overseas BU.<br>The locations are open to any countries within Middle East Region.<br>Primary Activities●Market Expansion: Focus on regional market growth, selecting distributors and partners, conducting negotiations, and signing contracts.●Marketing Promotion: Implement marketing strategies, organize brand promotion activities, and public relations events within the region.●Distributor/Customer Management: Manage relationships with distributors and customers, propose improvements, and optimize company processes, products, and service activities.●Training: Provide training support for distributors and customers.●Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze information on competitors and relevant market dynamics within the region.●Evaluation and Management: Establish and manage distributor and customer archives, evaluate the performance of various agents.●Collaborative Cooperation: Assist other companies and departments in handling related business.<br>Qualification Required1. Has basic knowledge of baking products, or experience in bakery operation and production;2. More than 5 years of sales experience in the Non-Dairy Whip Topping or related baking ingredient industry (in the Middle East market);3. Has a certain level of stress resistance and can travel frequently;4.
