<p>GENERAL ROLE:</p><br><p>As Laundry Manager at Miraval The Red Sea, your primary role is to lead and oversee all laundry and tailoring operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, garment care, presentation, efficiency, and colleague service across the resort. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations of the laundry facility, colleague uniforms, linen processing, guest laundry services, and tailoring functions in alignment with Hyatt and Miraval standards.</p><br><p>You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and operational leaders to ensure laundry services support the resort’s commitment to wellbeing, luxury hospitality, sustainability, and mindful care. The role requires strong leadership, operational organization, quality control, and attention to detail while cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment for the laundry and tailoring teams.</p><br><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><br><p>Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. operations of the laundry department, including linen processing, guest laundry, dry cleaning coordination, and uniform management.<br>• Ensure all linen, uniforms, and guest garments are cleaned, finished, and delivered according to established quality and timing standards.<br>• Monitor laundry workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth service delivery.<br>• Ensure Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
