samples and specifications.</li><li>Monitor mock-ups, benchmark areas, samples, and approved finishes.</li><li>Coordinate architectural quality requirements with MEP and structural Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide quality oversight for CSA works associated with airport terminals, buildings, airfield facilities, roads, aprons, external areas, and infrastructure.</li><li>Monitor quality requirements for critical airport and airfield civil infrastructure.</li><li>Support quality management within airside and landside construction environments.</li><li>Coordinate CSA quality requirements with complex MEP, utilities, aviation systems, and infrastructure interfaces.</li><li>Monitor quality of works executed under phased construction and restricted airport operational conditions.</li><li>Support quality inspections associated with airport buildings, support facilities, external works, and infrastructure.</li><li>Ensure CSA works comply with Client, Consultant, authority, airport, and project-specific requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering , or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CSA quality assurance / quality control on major construction projects.</li><li>Strong experience in civil, structural, and architectural construction quality management.</li><li>Experience on major airport, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, inspection methods, testing, and quality control procedures.</li><li>Strong experience preparing and reviewing ITPs, Method Statements, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and quality documentation.</li><li>Good knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, specifications, and construction practices.</li><li>Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management principles.</li><li>Experience working with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors.</li><li>Experience in airport / airfield construction is highly desirable.</li><li>ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA, or equivalent quality certification is preferred.</li><li>Professional engineering certification is an advantage.</li></ul>
