<p >Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an <strong >Operations Executive</strong> to contribute to its Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations. This full-time role involves managing third-party store operations and ensuring the consistent implementation of operational policies. The Operations Executive will play a key part in achieving operational excellence and supporting team performance within the warehouse branch.</p> <h3 >Core Responsibilities</h3>
<ul >
<li >Manage daily end-to-end Under the Roof (UTR) operations for either a single large site or a combination of smaller sites, including supervision of store operations.</li>
<li >Meet customer-facing metrics while upholding operational and quality targets, and maintaining team safety and morale.</li>
<li >Drive performance management initiatives for team members.</li>
<li >Prepare and implement training and development plans specifically for pickers.</li>
<li >Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance enhancements.</li>
<li >Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.</li>
<li >Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.</li>
