Interior Design Manager Role Overview:To be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with coverage across the Middle East (ME), the Interior Design Manager is responsible for leading interior design coordination, reviewing design deliverables, and supporting on-site supervision to ensure alignment between design intent and construction execution.<br><br>The role involves managing multidisciplinary collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically aligned interior design solutions across all project phases.<br>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Design Coordination Lead and manage interior design coordination across architects, consultants, and project stakeholders. Ensure design intent aligns with project requirements, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular coordination meetings and monitor design progress. Drawing Review & Design Oversight Review and validate all interior design drawings (layouts, details, shop drawings, IFC packages). Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international design standards. Identify design clashes and provide practical, buildable interior design solutions. On-Site Supervision Support construction teams with interior design clarifications during project execution. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors to resolve design-related issues in a timely manner. Detailing & Documentation Oversee the development of detailed interior design drawings and documentation. Ensure high-quality detailing, finishes, materials, and overall design accuracy. Maintain organized design documentation, revisions, and records. Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication. Present design concepts, materials, and updates to stakeholders when required. Support project leadership with design input and reporting. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Global Project Director and/or Vice President MEA.<br>JOB REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on project coordination and delivery. Proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site coordination. Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments. Develop and execute strategies to strengthen competitiveness of existing O&M operations, including insourcing, strategic partnerships, consolidated procurement, and collaboration with OEMs, specialist providers, and local firms. Conduct market research and define growth strategies for O&M and plant maintenance services across the Middle East, with priority on Saudi Arabia. Analyze markets, customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities across power, water, oil and gas, petrochemicals, industrial facilities, data centers, and adjacent sectors. Identify and evaluate strategic partners, investment opportunities, and M&A targets to support business expansion.
