Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policies. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records while monitoring financial performance and recommending corrective actions.<br>Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Monitor budget performance, analyze financial variances, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions. Prepare financial reports and presentations.<br>Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and banking relationships. Prepare cash flow forecasts, oversee financing activities, and optimize cash utilization while minimizing financial risks.<br>Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, cost variance analysis, and product costing. Monitor manufacturing costs to improve profitability and support pricing decisions. Partner with Operations and Production to enhance cost efficiency and operational performance.<br>Inventory & Supply Chain Finance Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, physical counts, and stock audits. Monitor inventory performance and collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen inventory controls.<br>Compliance, Audit & Taxation Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, statutory reporting, and corporate governance requirements. Lead internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls. Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance.<br>ERP Systems & Process Improvement Lead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives while driving financial process automation and system integration. Improve reporting accuracy and identify opportunities to enhance operational and financial efficiency.<br>Strategic Financial Leadership Serve as a strategic financial advisor to senior management, supporting business planning, expansion, and investment decisions. Develop financial KPIs, evaluate business performance, and participate in executive decision-making to drive profitability and sustainable growth.<br>REQUIREMENTSEducation Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CMA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. MBA or Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage.<br>Experience Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance leadership position. Proven experience in establishing, organizing, or restructuring an Accounting and Finance Department. Experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, engineering, or project-based organizations is highly preferred.
