Minimum 15 years of experience in major road or bridge infrastructure projects. Proven background in design, supervision, and construction management of bridges and highways. Estimation Leadership & Bid Coordination Lead and coordinate estimation activities across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. Consolidate input from Senior Estimators into a unified and competitive bid. Ensure consistency in pricing methodology, assumptions, risk allowances, and mark-ups.
