We're Hiring | Project Planning & Control Manager<br>We are looking for an experienced Project Planning & Control Manager to join our Development Control team and play a key role in delivering large-scale development projects.<br>This position is ideal for professionals with strong Owner-side or PMC experience in project planning, controls, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting across complex, multi-project environments.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead the project planning and controls function across major development projects. Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated master schedules and program plans. Consolidate project schedules and budgets into portfolio-level reporting. Monitor project performance, identify schedule and cost deviations, and recommend mitigation actions. Coordinate planning activities with PMCs, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Perform critical path analysis, risk assessment, and progress reporting.
