Oversee end-to-end management of all payments made by company to suppliers and employees, ensuring adherence to timelines, accuracy, and strict compliance with established internal control guidelines for invoice/payment authorization. Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models to provide accurate predictions of future cash requirements, facilitating proactive decision-making. Maintain and optimize an efficient workflow system for payments, streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency within the treasuryfunction. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions, fostering open communication and collaboration to enhance company financialstanding. Negotiate advantageous terms for banking services, loans, and credit facilities, leveraging financial expertise to secure advantageous terms to optimize the allocation of financialresources. Explore and implement technological solutions to enhance treasury processes, including the integration of treasury management systems for increased efficiency. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in treasury processes, systems, and controls, promoting efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost optimization within treasury operations, exploring efficient ways to manage expenses without compromising operational effectiveness. Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments, providing insights to adapt treasury strategies accordingly and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for treasury operations, regularly assessing and reporting on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and align with organizational goals.<br>Working Capital Management<br><br>Implement efficient working capital management practices that effectively support company ’operations. Ensure the availability of adequate liquidity to sustain company day-to-day businessoperations. Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial projections for company short- and medium-termoperations. Manage trade credit terms with suppliers and negotiate favourable payment terms that align with the organization's working capitalobjectives. Collaborate closely with the Operations department to optimize inventory financing strategies and ensure efficient utilization of working capital. Continuously assess and optimize trade credit policies to enhance overall working capital efficiency<br> Risk Management and Mitigation<br>Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks within theorganization. Conduct regular risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation. Provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on risk management strategies and actions to protect the organization's financial assets. Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Foster a risk-aware culture within the organization by promoting risk awareness and providing training to employees on risk managem<br>Continuous Improvement:<br><br>Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all operational units, and continuously seek opportunities for operational enhancements and cost efficiencies. Regularly assess processes, procedures, and systems for opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.<br><br>Qualifications/Requirements<br>Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in treasury, banking, and working capital management, with 3-5 years performing a senior manager role.
