The Key Account Manager drives sustainable growth within the Modern Trade channel by developing high-impact account strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering agreed sales, profitability, and category growth objectives. Maintain accurate Taskforce employee records, including supplier details, assigned department, location, job title, start date, contract duration, cost, attendance, and employment status.16. Monitor Taskforce attendance, overtime, absenteeism, performance, conduct, and supplier compliance in coordination with the respective business units.17. Validate Taskforce invoices, attendance records, headcount, overtime, and contractual charges before submission to Finance for payment.18. Monitor Taskforce utilization and costs against approved budgets and identify unnecessary manpower, underutilization, excess deployment, or opportunities for cost optimization.19. Coordinate the replacement or removal of rented employees who do not meet operational, performance, conduct, legal, or safety requirements.20. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards covering HR operations performance, government transactions, Taskforce headcount, supplier performance, utilization, cost, vacancies, mobilization status, and contract expiry.21. Establish and monitor service-level agreements and key performance indicators for HR operations and Taskforce service providers.22. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and recommend corrective actions, contract improvements, or alternative manpower solutions when required.23. Support business continuity by ensuring the timely availability of Taskforce employees during seasonal operations, peak periods, urgent requirements, and special projects.24.
