Job Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background to lead and manage the successful delivery of large-scale building, hospitality, commercial, residential, and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project execution from pre-construction through completion and handover. Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources. Identify technical, commercial, and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial management activities. Review project costs, forecasts, productivity, and resource utilization. Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
