In this role you will be responsible for all assigned contract administration functions. You will provide contractual, legal guidance to the project team. Responsible for protecting the company/Client interests in all contractual matters and ensuring policies are complied with as well as ensuring legal and contractual compliance in all contractual matters.</p><p>What You'll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Prepares and or assists in contractual correspondence with Consultants, General Contractors, and other vendors</li><li>Initiates, prepares, chairs, attends meetings with differing internal/external parties to resolve disputes and discuss contractual/legal issues and topics.</li><li>Plans contract activities, including post-award schedules.</li><li>Performs Contract Administration duties as required and participates in the post-award evaluation/negotiations.</li><li>Drafts, reviews, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and project requirements.</li><li>Maintains accurate records of all contract-related documents, including amendments, change orders, and correspondence.</li><li>Ensures that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Advises appropriate Manager on contractual matters and is the principal advisor at the Project level with regard to the strategy for, and the conduct and recording of contract modification/change negotiations, claims avoidance and conflict management.</li><li>Serves as Coordinator of the Change for preparing, processing, reviewing the change requests prepared by others.</li><li>Acts as a liaison between contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues or disputes.</li><li>Identifies potential risks related to contracts and develops strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Monitors project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial compliance with contract terms.</li><li>Prepares regular reports on contract status, progress, and any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.</li><li>Assists in presentations to senior management.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the project Director and Commercial Manager</li><li>Reviews, validates, endorses vendor invoices</li><li>May Supervise, manage, and provide use of word processing, spreadsheets and other analytical software tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)</li></ul><p>What Desired Skills You'll
