As our new <strong>Food & Beverage Supervisor</strong>, you’ll help ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.</p><br><br><p><strong>A little taste of your day-to-day</strong></p><br><p>Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:<br>● Supervising and supporting a team of food and beverage colleagues, ensuring smooth daily operations<br>● Assisting in delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by maintaining high service standards<br>● Monitoring food and beverage quality and service standards in line with company policies and responsible business practices<br>● Supporting stock control, cost management, and basic reporting to help meet financial targets<br>● Overseeing daily operations across outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions, while coordinating with supervisors and team members</p><br><p><strong>What we need from you</strong></p><br><p>● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Hotel Management, hospitality, or related field<br>● 2–4 years’ related experience, preferably in a supervisory role<br>● Must speak local language<br>● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies</p><br><p><span><span><strong>What you can expect from us</strong></span></span></p><br><p><span><span>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
