Position Overview Regional Sales Manager – Power & Water will be responsible for developing and growing Neway’s valve business across the Power and Water sectors in Saudi Arabia, with primary responsibility for end-user development, EPC project pursuit, consultant engagement, vendor approvals, and strategic customer relationships. The successful candidate must have a strong existing network within the Saudi Power and Water markets, including relationships with major end users, utilities, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and project stakeholders. This is a senior commercial role requiring a proven ability to identify major projects at an early stage, influence specifications and approved vendor lists, develop project pursuit strategies, coordinate technical and commercial activities, and convert opportunities into orders. The candidate should have demonstrated experience managing or developing an annual business portfolio of USD 10 million or more, preferably involving industrial valves or comparable engineering equipment.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Saudi Water Sector – End-User Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineering departments, procurement teams, maintenance organizations, project departments, and vendor approval teams within Saudi Arabia's Water sector.
