Receives walk-in patients and takes necessary action for them.</p><br><br><p>10. Retrieves patient information from the system as necessary.</p><br><br><p>11. Verifies patient’s eligibility status; makes sure that patient is eligible for the specialty he/she is referred to.</p><br><br><p>12. Coordinates with other Hospital staff while booking appointment to make sure the patient’s appointments are close to each other, like X-ray or Endoscopy, etc.</p><br><br><p>13. Job Summary<br>Responsible to supervise all operational dynamics within medical records & reports including files creation. file management, file maintenance, clinical coding, discharge summary completion, file extraction.
