The Field Service Engineer will support service operations, ensure effective troubleshooting and repairs, and act as a technical link between the company, workshops, customers, and the manufacturer. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for commercial vehicles, trucks, and other assigned vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, and drivability issues. Conduct field inspections and technical investigations for vehicle complaints and failures. Support workshops and technicians in identifying the root cause of technical problems. Attend breakdowns and critical technical cases when required. Analyze vehicle symptoms, diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), test results, and repair history. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to perform accurate vehicle diagnosis.
