Head of Business Development – Contract Logistics (KSA) (Exclusive)<br>(Client confidential – leading 3PL / logistics provider)<br>A leading global logistics and supply chain provider in Saudi Arabia is hiring an exclusive senior commercial leader to drive growth across its Contract Logistics division. This is a high-impact role for someone who can hunt, win, and scale large warehousing and distribution deals and who can operate credibly at C-level across Saudi family groups, GREs, and multinationals.<br>What you’ll be doing Develop and execute a country-wide sales strategy for Contract Logistics across KSA, aligned with the division’s growth roadmap and target verticals (FMCG, retail & e-commerce, industrial, healthcare/pharma, automotive/FVL). Win new business across dedicated and multi-user warehousing, distribution, and value-added services (VAS). Personally lead large, complex opportunities end-to-end: qualification → solutioning → RFQ/RFP → negotiation → contract signature. The brands are strong products with almost no awareness here. The task is to make them known, considered and desired, in that order, on a timeline set by ambitious volume targets rather than by conventional brand-building patience.
