Job Description<br>Responsible for administering, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Digital Rights Management (DRM) solutions to protect organizational information and ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements.<br>The role ensures that data protection and endpoint security controls are effectively implemented, monitored, and maintained throughout the information lifecycle. It translates cybersecurity, data protection, business, and regulatory requirements into technical controls that protect sensitive information from unauthorized access, disclosure, leakage, or misuse.<br>The role also supports compliance with applicable NCA requirements, relevant sector regulations, and organizational cybersecurity policies and standards.<br>Responsibilities<br>Administer, maintain, monitor, and continuously improve enterprise MDM, DLP, and DRM solutions. Design, configure, implement, and tune data protection policies and technical controls based on information classification, data sensitivity, business requirements, risk, and regulatory obligations. Implement and maintain technical controls required to support compliance with applicable cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. Manage DLP controls across applicable channels to prevent unauthorized disclosure, transfer, or leakage of sensitive information. Administer DRM protections, including encryption, access permissions, usage restrictions, secure sharing, expiration, revocation, and persistent protection of sensitive information. Manage the MDM security lifecycle, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, encryption, application controls, secure access, device restrictions, and decommissioning. Monitor and investigate data protection incidents, policy violations, abnormal activities, and non-compliant devices, and coordinate remediation and root-cause analysis. Review and optimize security policies, rules, exceptions, and enforcement actions to improve control effectiveness while minimizing false positives and unnecessary business impact. Integrate MDM, DLP, and DRM technologies with relevant enterprise platforms, including data classification, IAM, endpoint security, email, cloud services, and SIEM/SOC. Support cybersecurity assessments, regulatory reviews, and internal and external audits, including preparation and validation of required technical evidence. Perform periodic reviews to identify security gaps, control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and support associated remediation activities. Plan and execute solution upgrades, patches, migrations, configuration changes, and security enhancements in accordance with approved change and testing processes. Maintain technical and operational documentation, including architecture, configurations, procedures, runbooks, control mappings, logs, reports, and implementation records. Coordinate with Cybersecurity Governance, SOC, IAM, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Endpoint, and business teams to translate security and regulatory requirements into effective technical implementations. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support, escalations, product issues, upgrades, security advisories, and continuous improvement. Monitor solution effectiveness and operational performance and recommend improvements to strengthen data protection, security posture, compliance, and service reliability.

Select plants suited to local climate, soil, salinity, exposure, water availability, and long-term maintenance requirements. Develop irrigation layouts, zoning, and water demand calculations within demonstrated competence, coordinating specialist hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical requirements. Coordinate levels, slopes, drainage, accessibility, utilities, lighting, and landscape structures with the relevant disciplines. Prepare quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, material schedules, and technical comparisons of proposed alternatives. Review supplier and specialist subcontractor drawings, materials, samples, and technical data. Prepare RFIs and technical submissions, address consultant comments, and maintain drawing revisions and approval records. Identify elements requiring specialist structural or MEP design and obtain the necessary coordination and approvals before execution. Prepare as-built drawings and operation, maintenance, and handover information. SITE EXECUTION, QUALITY & SAFETYPlan daily activities and supervise foremen, labour, suppliers, and subcontractors across hardscape, softscape, and irrigation works. Verify setting-out, levels, slopes, substrate preparation, material approvals, and work-area readiness before installation. Personally inspect paving, finishes, joints, interfaces, installation quality, and compliance with approved details and samples. Inspect plants at nurseries and upon delivery for approved species, sizes, condition, and root quality. Check planting soil preparation, planting methods, staking, protection, irrigation coverage, and establishment care. Inspect irrigation installation and follow up on specified pressure, leakage, flushing, and operational tests. Verify drainage and waterproofing interfaces and required inspections before covering completed work. Prepare inspection requests, attend consultant inspections, document defects and non-conformances, and verify corrective actions. Execute mock-ups and benchmark areas and maintain the approved quality standard throughout the works. Coordinate procurement, deliveries, storage, site resources, and installation sequences. Track quantities, productivity, progress, and material usage; prepare short-term plans and reports and address delays and rework. Manage snagging, handover, plant replacement, and establishment-period obligations within the contract scope. Direct safe working practices, brief workers on hazards, and monitor PPE, access, housekeeping, excavation, lifting, tools, chemicals, and heat exposure. Stop unsafe activities and escalate hazards to project management for corrective action. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline. Agricultural Engineering graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong hardscape and softscape design and execution experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant landscape experience, including at least 3 years within Saudi Arabia. Demonstrated experience in both landscape design and hands-on site execution. Relevant experience on large-scale hospitality, commercial, and residential developments, with clearly identified personal responsibilities. Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, construction details, planting practices, irrigation systems, and local plant suitability. Ability to prepare coordinated drawings, specifications, schedules, and quantity take-offs. Ability to directly supervise contractors and inspect materials, plants, workmanship, and corrective works. Familiarity with applicable Saudi codes, municipal requirements, and project specifications. Practical knowledge of site safety and occupational health. JOB PURPOSETo support and execute project Electrical commissioning activities assigned. To implement ACWA Power Commissioning Standards and best practices on site for Electrical systems. To ensure Electrical commissioning, testing, and handover processes are carried out thoroughly and in compliance with project requirements. To collaborate with EPC, Project Company, and NOMAC teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient commissioning, and to demonstrate full operational readiness of assigned Electrical systems in accordance with OTS.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide technical input to Senior Electrical Commissioning Manager during tender and bidding reviews. Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of Electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, protection systems, cables, UPS, battery chargers, and auxiliary systems. Execute functional testing, loop checks, and troubleshooting under the guidance of the Senior Electrical Commissioning Manager. Perform inspections and pre-commissioning checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and codes. Record test results and prepare commissioning reports for acceptance.
