Manages multidisciplinary design teams, coordinates design development, and oversees design reviews, approvals, and integration with construction and procurement processes. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives. Drive the annual business development planning process, setting clear targets for sales, distribution, and promotional activities. Develop channel-specific trade marketing strategies to optimize performance in retail, wholesale, and B2B segments. Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
