<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>What Will You Do Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target account Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course Confident in handling calls and making cold calls Excellent customer service skills - will never take a "NO" personality Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment</p><p>Please note that we do not offer any compensation during or after the Internship, or a Full-time job at the end of the internship</p><p></p></section>
